By accessing or using VONDI AI services provided by VONDI GLOBAL D.O.O., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Service Agreement
By using VONDI AI services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Use the service only for lawful purposes • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the AI system • Not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content • Maintain confidentiality of your access credentials VONDI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All rights reserved: • VONDI AI technology, algorithms, and software are proprietary to VONDI GLOBAL D.O.O. • You retain ownership of data you provide to the system • AI-generated content belongs to you, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy • VONDI trademarks and branding remain our exclusive property Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
Service Level and Availability
Service commitments: • Business Plan: 99% uptime SLA • Enterprise Plan: 99.9% uptime SLA with dedicated support • Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance • Emergency maintenance may occur with minimal notice • Support response times vary by plan (see Pricing) VONDI is not liable for service interruptions beyond our control (force majeure).
Limitation of Liability
Important limitations: • VONDI AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months • We are not responsible for third-party integrations or services • AI responses should be verified for critical applications Clients remain responsible for validating AI outputs for their specific use cases.
